The
extra-wide 12" bed is constructed of stabilized cast iron with
bedways hardened and ground to a hardness of 42 to 47 Rc. The
scientifically designed bed has tapered cross braces for fast and easy
chip removal. The bed is mounted on a heavy-duty cast iron base that is
specially engineered to absorb vibration and ensure smooth accurate
operation. |
For precision positioning the Micro Carriage Stop is a standard feature. |
