Fanuc TurnMate i Conversational Programming...

 

Fanuc TurnMate i software offers a full range of conversational cycles, (profile, thread, bore, drill, tap,etc.). With the TurnMate i you can program full contour machining at the control.

This easy to use control features touchscreen technology, large graphic icons and shop floor language, so the operator can learn to machine quickly.

 

It is easy to program using the programming cycles, simple input the data in the clearly defined data input screen in the large text fields.

Most machine operators will learn how to use the system in hours.

 

To execute the program the operator uses large graphic icons working directly on the touch- screen rather than looking for the right button to press.

While the program is running, the operator can view the current cycle, speed, feed, tool and axis position information on the screen.
G-code Programming

 

The G.E. Fanuc Oi-TC control can switch to G-code full CNC functionality. This allows more experienced operators to program in G-code or run part programs previously used on other machines.
